My Hera is the new app for residential customers of Gruppo Hera, completely free, through which you can manage all your services whenever and wherever you want.

Download it now and log in with the credentials you already use for the Online Services if you are a registered user, or create a new account.

Simple and easy to use, the app presents itself with a home page from which you can access all the features:

• Pay your bills directly online and check your archive
• Take a self-reading
• Keep track of the trend and details of your consumption
• View Hera points, your supplies, and the nearest eco-stations on the map
• Access the Waste Expert and Water Expert

You also have the option to always be in contact with us to receive the necessary assistance on contracts and payments, learn about new commercial offers, activate the service for the collection of bulky waste, make reports of an environmental nature, and notify emergency intervention in case of water network failures.

You can also organize the contents to your liking and independently choose what to highlight.
